Rural and Francophone Community Pilot Requirements

Rural and Francophone community pilots normally require a designated community and qualifying job offer. The Francophone Community Immigration Pilot requires at least NCLC 5 in all four French abilities; other rural thresholds vary by job TEER and pilot rules.

Francophone Community Immigration Pilot

FCIP requires at least NCLC 5 in all four abilities and an accepted language-test result. TCF Canada is one of IRCC's accepted French tests.

Job offer and community

Language alone does not replace a designated community or qualifying offer. Verify occupation, experience, education, and other eligibility conditions with the relevant community and pilot, and keep test results valid.
