Latest official invitation comparison: no verified local draw record is stored yet, so this tool does not invent a minimum score.

This estimate cannot predict an invitation, selection probability, or a minimum score.

How the calculation works

The PSTQ result is a planning estimate based on local versioned rules. Invitation rounds can set their own occupation, region, experience, education, or score conditions.

How to use the PSTQ result

The tool presents human capital, Québec needs, adaptation, and potentially relevant streams. It does not turn one score into an invitation forecast or display an unverified minimum score.

Streams and regulated occupations

A possible stream depends on FEER, occupation, and round criteria. A regulated occupation also requires verification of the applicable Québec authorization, qualification, or recognition; selecting it does not satisfy that condition.

Official invitation conditions

PSTQ official conditions change by round. This page uses only reviewed local rules and invitation records; when no verified local record is stored, it says so instead of inventing a minimum score or success probability.

Program policy overview

Check the official rules before setting your TCF target

These summaries cover public conditions directly connected to French results. They identify what to check next and do not replace full eligibility, round instructions, or an individual application assessment.

CRS and French additional points

A valid job offer no longer directly adds 50 or 200 CRS points. Once all French abilities reach NCLC 7, the 25 or 50 French additional points still depend on English results; a score never guarantees an invitation.

Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker

This stream generally requires French CLB/NCLC 7 and English CLB 6 in all abilities. You also need Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian Experience Class eligibility and an Ontario invitation.

Atlantic Immigration Program

AIP requires an offer from a designated employer. The language threshold depends on the job category, and education, experience, and settlement-fund requirements must also be checked.

Home Care Worker Immigration pilots

The pilots are not currently accepting new applications. If they reopen, check the stream, qualifying offer, occupation experience or training, education, and four language abilities.
