Ontario OINP French-Speaking Skilled Worker Requirements
The OINP French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream generally requires French CLB/NCLC 7 and English CLB 6 in all four abilities, Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian Experience Class eligibility, and an Ontario Notification of Interest.
Two-language thresholds
French and English are assessed in all four abilities. TCF can confirm French, but a valid English test result is still required.
Express Entry and NOI
Meeting the language level does not permit a direct application. You must also qualify for Federal Skilled Worker or Canadian Experience Class and receive an Ontario Notification of Interest. Verify occupation, experience, education, and current intake status.
