TCF Canada 用於 Alberta Graduate Entrepreneur Stream

Alberta Graduate Entrepreneur Stream 要求法語聽說讀寫四項均至少 NCLC 7。TCF Canada 最低為口語 10、聽力 458、閱讀 453、寫作 10；當前 EOI 語言積分還會獎勵四項 NCLC 8 或 NCLC 9 以上的更高成績。

NCLC 7 是四項強制最低線

四項都須達到 NCLC 7，TCF Canada 最低為 speaking 10、listening 458、reading 453、writing 10。每項單獨判斷，高分項不能抵消低於 NCLC 7 的另一項。官方成績在提交 Entrepreneur EOI 時必須不足 2 年。

NCLC 8 和 9 可提高語言積分

當前積分表中，NCLC 7 gives 5 points，NCLC 8 gives 12 points，NCLC 9 or higher gives 15 points。TCF 的 NCLC 8 起點是 speaking 12、listening 503、reading 499、writing 12；NCLC 9 起點是 speaking 14、listening 523、reading 524、writing 14。

Alberta 學歷和有效 PGWP

須在 Alberta Advanced Education 認可的 publicly funded post-secondary institution 完成至少 two years 的 full-time education，並取得 degree or diploma。IRCC 簽發的 Post-Graduation Work Permit（PGWP）在提交 EOI 時必須仍然 valid；只有語言成績不能替代學歷和許可。

企業類型、34% 所有權和合夥人

計劃必須是在 Alberta establish a new business 或 buy an existing business，並至少 own 34%。擬議企業不能屬於官網不合資格類型，business partners 必須是 Canadian citizens or permanent residents。候選人在商業申請獲 AAIP 批准前 not required to establish 企業。

必須在 Alberta 親自經營

企業要有 physical place of business in Alberta，申請人須在 Alberta 居住，並作為 owner-operator 參與 day-to-day management。不得從其他省、地區或國家 remotely 管理。商業模式還須符合盈利、監管、牌照和經濟建立要求。

經驗是加分因素，不要誤當硬門檻

Business management or ownership、incubator 或 accelerator experience，以及符合條件的 entrepreneurship education 是 optional factors，不是三個核心資格行中的 mandatory rule，但 may increase EOI points。使用 Alberta 教育同時主張經驗等值時，課程時長鬚分別覆蓋相關要求。

EOI、商業獲批與省提名不是同一步

Entrepreneur EOI 會被 scored and ranked，高排名者可能收到 Request to submit a Business Application。普通新建或收購企業獲批後通常要籤 Business Performance Agreement，並完成 at least 12 months of active operation，再提交 Final Report for Nomination。Business Application Approval is not a nomination；NCLC 7 或 EOI does not guarantee invitation、nomination 或 permanent residence。
