AAIP Entrepreneur Final Report 最終提名報告

普通路徑申請人須先完成 Business Performance Agreement 和至少 12 個月的實際經營，再提交 Final Report for Nomination 及配套商業資料。AAIP 批准最終報告後才會簽發省提名；最終報告本身不是永久居民申請，IRCC 仍獨立審理聯邦永居。

Final Report 的位置

Final Report for Nomination 是普通企業家候選人在滿足已簽署 Business Performance Agreement 後向 AAIP 請求 nomination 的經營成果報告，不是 EOI、Business Application、工籤申請或 permanent residence application。

Graduate Entrepreneur 時間線

Graduate Entrepreneur 候選人須居住在 Alberta，至少持有並積極經營企業 34% 股權滿 12 months，並在一年後證明企業正產生 products or services。Start-up Report 以 Business Application Approval Letter 的 issue date 為起點，在 30 days 內提交；Business Progress Report 則在從該 approval letter 起算的每個 six-month period 結束後提交。

Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur 時間線

Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur 候選人須在 Alberta 居住並積極經營至少 12 months；urban centre 最低持股 34%，regional area 最低 51%，一年後須顯示 products or services。Arrival Report 在 work permit 的 date issued 後 30 days 內提交，Business Progress Report 在從同一 work permit 日期起算的每個 six-month period 結束後提交。

Rural Entrepreneur 時間線

Rural Entrepreneur 候選人須在 rural Alberta community 居住並經營至少 12 months；new business 至少持股 51%，business succession 須持股 100%，一年後證明產生 products or services。Arrival Report 與 Business Progress Report 同樣以 work permit 的 date issued 為 30 天和每六個月的時間錨點。

報告與配套證據

提交應使用 current official Final Report 和 supporting business documents。不要依賴本站自創清單：本人 signed agreement、AAIP 當前說明與本人收到的要求 control 最終證據範圍。應讓經營、所有權、投資、就業與前期報告保持一致；本站不接受或收集 business 或 personal document uploads。

AAIP 審查期間繼續履約

AAIP assesses 候選人是否已履行協議及適用標準。提交報告並不凍結義務；在 nomination assessment 期間仍須 continue to meet Business Performance Agreement。若企業不再滿足協議，AAIP 可不簽發 nomination certificate。

批准不是聯邦永居

Final Report approval 產生 provincial nomination certificate 或 nomination letter，並由 AAIP 通知 IRCC。之後候選人走 IRCC non-Express Entry PNP permanent residence 流程；IRCC decides 聯邦資格、admissibility 與永居，省提名不保證最終批准。

Established business 與語言邊界

若 AAIP 明確按 established business 標準批准，通常 not required to sign Business Performance Agreement，也沒有普通路徑的額外一年與 Final Report operating stage。按口語/聽力/閱讀/寫作順序：Graduate NCLC 7 = 10/458/453/10；Foreign Graduate NCLC 5 = 6/369/375/6；Rural NCLC 4 = 4/331/342/4，結果在 EOI 時須 less than two years old。Farm Stream 走 separate paper application，不屬於本三通道 Final Report 流程。本頁不是 legal advice、immigration advice、accounting advice、tax advice、employment advice 或 financial advice。
